Scilla Peruviana

The Scilla Peruviana are a fabulous plant to grow, producing large ball like flowers during the months of May and June, the foliage is an adage being almost evergreen, the bulbs multiply giving you a good crop over time.
Scilla Siberica and Litardierei prefer moist but well-drained soil in semi shade. Perfect plant for naturalising.

Scilla ‘Litardierei’ Hardy, clump forming.  Perennial.  These bulbs need moist but well-drained soil, a partially shaded area is ideal. They grow to a height of 15-20 cm bearing hundreds of blue starry shaped flowers during May. Ideal for naturalising on banks, or can be grown in flower beds, front borders or containers.

Scilla Peruviana, White Moon.   Hardy.  Clump forming.  Evergreen.  Perennial. These large bulbs need sandy, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade.  The plant only becomes dormant for roughly one month during late July through to August. The foliage is up by October growing to a height of 1 foot-tall carrying through to flowering time which is during late May- June. They are perfect for beds, front borders and containers. A must have for all gardeners.
