Oxalis Adenophylla

Oxalis are a beautiful low growing plant that is ideal for rockeries, small gaps in the garden and look equally pleasing in pots. Oxalis Andenopylla has lovely grey green foliage that is compact and can spread to 15 cm.

Oxalis Adenophylla.    Fully Hardy.   Perennial. These bulbs can be grown in full sun or semi-shade in an area that has well-drained soil.  They are low growing 5 – 7 cm tall making them perfect for some areas in the garden i.e. in the rockery, around the fish pond, front borders, pots and containers. The foliage on Adenophylla starts to appear in March and is very tactile, soft and spongy to the touch. The beautiful pink and white flowers roll out like umbrellas to the size of 50p pieces during May, June and July.  They spread to about 15 cm ( 6 in). A lovely plant to have in the garden and very easy to grow.

Oxalis Iron Cross Fully hardy.   Perennial. Oxalis Ken Aslet. Fully hardy.   Perennial. These bulbs can be grown in full sun or semi-shade in an area that has well-drained soil. The beautiful Yellow flowers roll out like umbrellas to the size of 25p piece during late summer through to October, and spread to about 15 cm (6 in). Oxalis Versicolor.   Fully hardy.  Perennial.  These bulbs can be grown in full sun or semi-shade in an area that has well-drained soil.  They are low growing 15 cm tall,  making them perfect for some areas in the garden i.e. in the rockery, around the fish pond, front borders, pots and containers.  The foliage on Versicolor starts to appear soon after planting. The dainty Red and white flowers rolled up like umbrellas appear later on in the year usually Autumn time. They are a beautiful plant to have and are very easy to grow. The bulbs are naturally quite small the size of an apple pip, so not to worry when you receive these, its surprising what nature has to offer.
